Refund policy

For purchases made on himes.it by consumers resident in the European Union, the right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 170/2021) applies.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

• You have 14 calendar days from delivery to tell us you want to return one or more items, without giving any reason.
• To withdraw, email info@himes.it with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
• After writing to us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Return conditions

• Only items bought directly on himes.it can be returned.
• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, together with any free gifts included in the order. You may try them on only as you would in a store.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and sizes often sell out fast, so we cannot guarantee size or colour exchanges. Please contact us anyway at info@himes.it: we will do our best to find a solution together. If you are unsure about your size, message us before buying via WhatsApp, Instagram or email and we will help you choose.

Refunds

• We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your order. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have shipped them, before refunding.
• The refund includes the price of the items and the original delivery costs, up to the cost of standard shipping.
• The money will reach your account according to your bank's or payment provider's processing times, which can sometimes take up to two weeks.
• If items are returned used or damaged, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss in value.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item or one that is different from what you ordered, email info@himes.it with a photo: in this case we cover the shipping costs. Your statutory legal guarantee rights under the Consumer Code always apply.

Orders outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union, sales are final, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by the law of the customer's country of residence. Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable.
