If you are resident in the EEA, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in selling our products, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Promotional communications to customers. If you have made a purchase on our Site, we may use the email address you gave us at the time of purchase to send you promotional communications about products similar to those you bought, under Art. 130(4) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), even without your express consent. You can object to this processing at any time, free of charge and easily, by clicking the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@himes.it.
- Newsletter and promotional SMS. If you sign up through the forms on the Site or at checkout, we process your email address and/or phone number to send you newsletters, news about new drops, offers and reminders (for example about your cart) by email and/or SMS, based on the consent you give us, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, by replying STOP to SMS messages or by writing to info@himes.it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Security and fraud prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We strongly recommend that you do not share your username, password or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
